We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase on 100% NEW unopened items only. If you send any item back that has been opened or used you will be assessed up to a 50% restocking fee.
* Motors, Servos, and Speed Controllers (ESC)
come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturer's defects. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please allow 2-4 weeks for warranty service. If the motor, servo, or speed controller (ESC) is deemed a warranty it will be repaired or replaced with the same model or an equivalent replacement.The warranty does not cover any signs of abuse or overuse of voltage input. Please note speed controllers are NOT Waterproof or Reverse Polarity Protected unless stated in the product details and as such this is Not Covered Under Warranty. Verify the Limitations of the ESC (Speed Controler) before you make the purchase and or power it up. Every ESC has its own Limitations! A burned-up ESC means over-voltage, over-geared, or too high of a Kv Motor was used. This is NOT Covered Under Warranty! Brushless Motor sensor board deviation, rotor asymmetry, and Gauss reading variances as well as Kv readings are not covered under warranty. Sensor Boards are considered normal wear items just like motor bearings. Rotors abuse i.e. a snapped shaft, delamination, or cracking is not covered under warranty.
* Rocket Fans
are Guaranteed to work out of the package. Due to the nature of the Hobby and the abuse that this fan takes in the car and/or truck that it is installed in there is no implied or extended manufacturer's warranty beyond that it works out of the package.
